Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Digital Interior Rendering Specialist to join our Creative team. This role is critical in ensuring the company is supported properly for all deliverable needs, including 3D model-based interior, exterior and editorial renderings, animations and walkthroughs, product visualisations, etc. in collaboration with various teams within the company, including buying, marketing and LuxDeco Studio.
Role Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with project teams to produce high-quality, accurate and realistic interior visuals to communicate design intent in a digital medium most suitable for the task, including stills, animations, 360 panoramas and videos
Produce assets according to specifications for print, web and online use
Continually produce updated and seasonally-appropriate assets for site in line with marketing and buying trading calendars
Working from product concepts to develop 3D digital models for on-site visuals and product manufacturing
Implement a robust feedback schedule in which design changes can be made accurately and efficiently
Build, maintain and expand a 3D products, materials and textures library
Create lighting setups that match real world lighting situations
Stay current with industry trends, evaluate new software and hardware, assess viability of products
Work under supervision of CCO and creative team to meet quality standards
Ability to understand and interpret 2D drawings and transform into 3D models
Works accurately to a written or verbal brief

Essential:
Degree in Architecture, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Effects or a related field
A strong portfolio of digital render and visualisation work
Proficiency with the industry’s top visualisation software such as 3DS Max, Adobe Substance 3D, Corona, Enscape 3D, Lumion, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, TurboCAD, Twinmotion and VRay
Proficiency in other Adobe creative suite programmes, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects or similar video editing software preferred
Foundational understanding of good design principles
Understanding of scale and composition techniques with a strong foundation in visual storytelling
Ability to create realistic renders through natural and ambient lighting
Adept at video and sound editing
Ever-present curiosity for the latest visualisation technologies and trends, drive for continuous learning and staying current with emergent technologies
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for interior, furniture and architectural design
Good to have:
Previous experience in the luxury or interior design industries
Basic understanding of interior design techniques and terminology preferred
Understanding of HNW clients and their requirements

Your location:
3 days per week from our flexible office space in London. For the remaining 2 days, you can work from a place that allows you to do your best work.
Your hours:
40 hours, Monday - Friday
