The Operations Team at LuxDeco are the main point of contact for our 250+ partners, artisans and brands across 5 continents! We each have a brand portfolio, for which we are the main point of contact, responsible for raising purchase orders and cross checking invoices to ensure flawless logistics. Our roles could be seen as a combination of Customer Care, back office support with a a touch of Logistics! In Operations, we are in regular communication with our internal and external stakeholders, which means we learn about the company, fast. Flexibility, tenacity, attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership are all required to drive our brand portfolios!
