PENSION
LuxDeco contribute a huge 8% on your qualifying earnings without our employee's needing to contribute anything, as you might do in other organisations.
Under the auto-enrolment rules, employees' are normally obligated to contribute 5% of their salary towards their pension, however LuxDeco contribute this on behalf of all employees giving our people more security for their future.
(N.B 8% contributions are based on qualifying earnings)
WELLBEING
We care about the health and wellbeing of our people. We offer everyone a health cash plan which gives access to over £1500 of healthcare provisions such as physiotherapy, dental check-ups, acupuncture and an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme). Plus there is discounted access to gyms, cash back on supermarket shops and much more.
CRITICAL ILLNESS & LIFE COVER
We know that life can have some unexpected turns. That's why we have two policies in place to support our people should the worst happen:
Critical Illness Cover helps protect you if you become critically ill while employed by us. It pays out a lump sum that you can use however you like.
Life Cover helps give your loved ones financial protection should you pass away. It lets you leave a lump sum behind – giving your loved ones the financial support they need.
WORKPLACE NURSERY
For those with children, helping with the costs associated childcare is one of the ways LuxDeco support our people. The Workplace Nursery Scheme is an employer supported benefit. It enables employees who choose to use a nursery setting for the care of their child, to save money as a result of reduced tax and national insurance payments. Through the scheme, employees can save thousands of pounds on nursery costs.
EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT
As interiors fans, we want our people to be able to take advantage of our world-class product offering. All employees have a staff discount to purchase product from the site, enabling you to purchase product at up to 35% off. The best bit? You can use your discount from day one and there's no cap!
ENHANCED HOLIDAY
Everyone at LuxDeco gets 24 days holiday (exclusive of bank holidays and pro-rata for part time employees). Once you've been here for four years, you'll get an extra days holiday each year up to a cap of 30 days.
That's the equivalent of 6 weeks holiday, excluding your Bank Holidays!
FLEXIBILITY
We know that flexibility is important to our people. But flexibility means different things to different people. We're a business that is focussed on output and impact so we're let people take ownership of their working hours and location.
Most people choose to take advantage of this flexibility in hours and have an Early Finish on Friday (usually leaving from 16:00).
For those looking to have flexibility in location, most of our non-customer facing roles are hybrid. Depending on your working preferences and role, this might be a day a month, a day a week, usually up to around 3 days per week.
For our customer-facing roles which have more structured work, we have worked hard to ensure they can have flexibility where needed. If you're applying to one of our customer-facing roles, ask your hiring manager about the options available.
OFFICE LIFE
When you need, or want to go into the office, we have a dedicated office space in We Work, Devonshire Square (Liverpool Street). When you're at We Work you'll get access to a number of wonderful benefits:
